Shipping

Free shipping to US addresses, with duties and import fees included. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered in 7 to 14 business days.

Every order is fully tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your winder ships.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. If the winder is louder than you expected, that counts. Send it back and we pay the return shipping.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Warranty

Three years on the motors. If a motor becomes audible or fails within that period we replace the unit.
