Terms of Service

Last updated 21 September 2026. These terms apply to purchases from windingroom.com, operated by The Winding Room LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in North Dakota, United States. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States only. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If a product is unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

Returns and warranty

Returns and the three year motor warranty are described on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
